This Privacy Policy governs the way that our SaaS Solution (Zenative Platform) collects, uses and protects information collected from our users and visitors. This privacy policy applies to all products and services offered by Zenative Platform.

Personal Information

Zenative platform may collect personal information in certain ways, such as filling out a form and visiting websites. The information we collected includes name, phone number, email address, position, company and etc. Since our platform is mainly used by marketing department, the information collected is usually business related (i.e. business email, business phone number and etc.), not personal related (i.e. personal ID number, personal email and etc.). We do not collect personal ID number, bank account information and other private personal information.

Our sites may also collect OpenID for Wechat users. OpenID is not generally considered as personal identifiable information. Wechat users can choose to refuse authorize OpenID to our platform while visiting our sites. In this case, certain functions of our sites will not work properly.

For technical reasons, certain types of non-personal identification information are collected as well, including: web browser type and version (user-agent), operation system, IP address and etc.

Cookies

Our sites may use cookies to improve the user experience of visitors. These cookies do not store personal identification information. Users and visitors can choose to refuse cookies while visiting our sites, but doing so will invalidate certain functions of our SaaS platform.

Use of your information

We collect personal information and store them in our platform. Our customer usually uses the form generated in our platform to collect personal identification information. The form usually include the user consent section that notify the user that we may collect and use the information listed in the form.

The ownership of the personal information our platform collects belongs to our customers. This is specified in our contracts with customers. The personal data is not shared, sold, rented, or used by any third parties in our platform.

Our customers may send emails, text messages, Wechat template messages to users according to their own marketing purposes. Our platform do not use personal information directly, except calculation of certain general statistics, such as total number, daily increase and etc, for customer management purposes. We will delete personal information upon request from users.

Protection of your information

We use best practices for data collection, storage and processing and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration or destruction of your personal information that stored on our platform.

Our platform uses HTTPS throughout the site to protect the security of network transmission. The back-end services include security services which can effectively protect various common network attacks. In addition, we use security alert services that allow us to quickly respond to various abnormal behaviors, network intrusions and other security incidents. Our platform stores audit log records, which can record the details of various operations, services, and network traffic to help trace security incidents. Also, we back up our platform data on a regular basis.

These industry-standard security technology guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. We also have multiple management processes to ensure the proper procedures are used while dealing with privacy information.
